Terms of Service

Welcome to Bettor AI. By downloading, installing, or using the Bettor AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Analysis, Not Advice

Bettor AI is a probability-analysis tool for prediction questions across sports, politics, prediction markets, and similar domains. Bettor AI is NOT a sportsbook, casino, broker, financial advisor, or licensed gambling operator. Verdicts produced by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional financial or legal advice.

No verdict is ever certain. You are solely responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the App's output.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bettor AI. The App surfaces references to prediction markets, bookmaker odds, and gambling-adjacent analysis. By using the App you represent that you are of legal age and that prediction-analysis tools are lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Authentication

Bettor AI uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for secure account management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans and pricing

  • Free tier — 3 verdicts per UTC day, no payment required.
  • Bettor Premium Weekly — $4.99 / week, no free trial.
  • Bettor Premium Monthly — $8.99 / month, includes a 3-day free trial.
  • Bettor Premium Yearly — $49.99 / year, includes a 3-day free trial.
  • Bettor Lifetime — one-time purchase of $149.99, no recurring billing.

4.2 Auto-renewal and trial disclosure (required by Apple App Store 3.1.2)

  • Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the price stated above unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
  • If you start with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's account settings (App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It does not auto-renew.

4.3 Refunds and price changes

  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase applies to their renewal.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use Bettor AI solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the App or its verdicts
  • Circumvent quota limits, payment requirements, or other access controls

6. AI Processing

Verdict analysis is powered by AI technology (Anthropic and/or OpenAI). Requests are routed through OpenRouter, an API routing service that directs requests to AI providers without storing your content. When you ask a question, your question text is sent to the AI providers for processing. The AI providers do not store your content after analysis is complete and do not use your data to train models.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including the UI design, prompts, and software, is owned by Bettor AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal questions and verdict outputs for non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bettor AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verdicts will be accurate or predictive of real-world outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bettor AI's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Bettor AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Bettor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost bets, missed value, or financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the App's verdicts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bettor AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
